Job Summary**

VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PA/Syt Intern to support our teams. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic automotive technology environment, contributing to various projects and learning from experienced professionals.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
* Support the Syt (System) team with documentation, data entry, and basic analysis tasks.
* Organize and maintain project files and databases.
* Help in coordinating internal and external communication.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
* Assist with research and information gathering as required.
* Support logistics for team events or workshops.

Job Qualifications**

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
* Basic understanding of automotive industry or systems engineering concepts is a plus.
