Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development.
- Experience in customizing Salesforce applications using declarative tools and programmatic approaches.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including integration with external systems.
- Ability to develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
- Understanding of data security and sharing models within Salesforce.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
