In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Handle multiple project documents including preparation of transmittals, receipt of customer reviewed documentation and distribution of these documents internally.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Emerson including internal stake holders such as Proposals team, Drawing Team, Quality and other stakeholders.

• Review commented documents received from customer and relay the same to concerned internal teams for resubmission. If in case of any dispute/disagreement, the comments resolution form shall be prepared in coordination with respective teams, which then shall be taken up with customer for closure to ensure final approval. 

• Preparation of advance / milestone payment invoices and supporting documents in a timely manner as per contract / PO and keeping track of the payment receipts. 

• Arrange and submission of original Bank Guarantees to customer along with proforma invoices to collect milestone payments

• Issue change orders in internal change order system and make sure the same is captured in project documents and final product

• Ensure proper revision control, revision tracking and metadata management of all documents

• Ensure documentation meets customer-specific requirements, including format, cover sheet, transmittal, content, and delivery method

• Perform daily checks for document status in customer portal, meticulously downloading and saving files in designated locations/SharePoint. Ensure that issues on overdue documents are escalated to the PM promptly for an early resolution 

• Provide regular Project Document Status Reports to customers and Project Manager

• Support the compilation of the Manufacturing Record Book.

• Prepare and submit project specific Packing List, Proforma Invoice etc to customer to facilitate shipment. Provide shipment-related updates to customers, such as Invoice, Packing List, Lorry Receipt etc.

• Escalate any other documentation related issues to PM whenever needed

• Clean up project folders after project closeout.

• Respond effectively to documentation requests and queries from internal customers.

Who You Are:

• Good understanding of a project cycle and standard documentation needed at each stage 
• Experienced in MS office suite, Adobe Writer, 

• Maintain proficiency in collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Server).

• Experience in documentation system is desirable
  

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Aptitude and visualization skills to create the correct bill of material in line with specification.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Prior experience of working in Oracle will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Diploma or University Graduate with minimum 1 year experience 

• Knowledge and experience of 1~2 years in Control Valve industry will be an added advantage. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be mandatory.
