Project Lead

The role demands in-depth expertise in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with proficiency in CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will own the technical architecture and oversee supplier-delivered code to maintain performance, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

 

• Serve as the technical owner for all Java-based applications related to Billing, Invoicing, and Warranty systems.
• Lead and guide end-to-end solution design, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are effectively translated into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee and perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with supplier and partner development teams to evaluate and maintain technical quality across all deliverables.
• Mentor junior developers, promoting technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Work closely with architecture and DevOps teams to implement solutions leveraging GCP services, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice-based architectures.
• Drive enhancements, modernization, and strategic improvements in existing Billing, Invoicing, and Warranty platforms.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory or customer-specific requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, Angular, and RESTful API development.
• Proven technical leadership experience in Billing, Invoicing, or Warranty management systems.
• Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build).
• Expertise in conducting code reviews, improving code quality, and enforcing best practices.
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API integration patterns.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across cross-functional and vendor teams.

• GCP certification (Associate or Professional Level).
• Familiarity with enterprise billing and invoicing processes, including data orchestration, pricing, and warranty claim workflows.
• Experience in Agile delivery and working across global, multi-vendor project structures.
