Role Overview:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager who is responsible for end-to-end delivery of product implementations for healthcare technology solutions. This role owns implementation project management, client coordination, and cross-functional execution, ensuring that customer implementations are delivered on time, with clarity, quality, and minimal friction.
The Delivery Manager acts as the single point of coordination between customers and internal teams including Business Analysts, Tech Implementation Specialists and other stakeholders. While the role does not require deep technical expertise, it requires a strong understanding of product workflows and implementation processes to effectively manage delivery and respond to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive client communication and coordination, including status updates, progress tracking, and issue resolution as the primary contact
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (Analysts, Tech Implementation Specialists and other stakeholders) to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities
• Track implementation progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively escalate when required
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities
• Ensure all requirements are implemented, tested, and validated prior to go-live
• Support post go-live stabilization and ensure smooth transition to support teams

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Implementation Management, or Project Management
• Strong experience managing enterprise customer-facing product implementations
  Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk and issue management)
• Ability to understand product flows and business processes to address functional questions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and QA
• Exposure to US healthcare domain (PA, RCM, Claims, Eligibility, EHR, etc.)
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementations
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Experience working with globally distributed teams

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
