Job SummaryWe are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for FMCG products and CDIT (Consumer Durables & Information Technology) categories. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end procurement activities for FMCG and CDIT products.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials/products as per business requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, invoices, and vendor agreements.
• Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
