Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across various disciplines. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts, monitoring system performance, and supporting the configuration of data and environments. The position also involves active participation in code reviews and defect tracking to foster ongoing improvements in testing processes, contributing to the overall success of project objectives and team collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality goals and project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automation strategies and scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Experience with continuous testing methodologies including security, application programming interface, and regression testing.
- Ability to support data and environment configuration to maintain test accuracy and reliability.
- Skilled in participating in code reviews and defect monitoring to drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team planning to support full stack solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
