RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Attend and greet walk-in customers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Follow up on customer enquiries
  • Maintain customer records and appointments
  • Coordinate with the sales team
  • Handle WhatsApp and front office communication
  • Support daily administrative activities

Requirements:Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confident personality with customer handling skills
  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude
  • Experience in telecalling/reception preferred
  • Female candidates preferred
