Job Description


Front Desk Operations:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Schedule service appointments and provide basic information about services.

Customer Service:

• Assist customers with check-in/check-out procedures for device repair.

• Maintain a calm and helpful attitude in handling customer complaints or concerns.

• Follow up on service status and keep customers informed.


Administrative Support:

• Maintain records of service tickets, customer details, and job statuses.

• Prepare daily reports on incoming/outgoing devices and customer feedback.


Coordination:

• Liaise with technicians to provide timely updates to customers.

• Coordinate with team to ensure parts availability.


General Office Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.

• Order and manage office supplies as required.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.



Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with computers, POS systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Attributes:

• Familiarity with Apple products and basic repair terms.

• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
