Retail Sales Executive

Astra Aquatics, a growing retail and wholesale aquarium business in Chennai, is hiring an Retail Operations & Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day billing, accounts, and on-site aquarium installation support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable both at a billing desk and out in the field. If you enjoy variety in your workday and have an interest in aquariums or fishkeeping, this is a great fit.

What you'll do:

• Create customer bills and invoices using Tally / billing software
• Maintain daily sales, purchase, and payment records
• Handle UPI, card, and bank payment entries and basic reconciliation
• Help manage stock and coordinate with suppliers
• Travel to customer sites to assist with aquarium setup and installation (tanks, filters, plumbing, equipment)
• Support general shop operations as needed

What we're looking for:

• Basic computer knowledge (Tally / billing experience is a plus, but we will train)
• Comfortable with numbers and careful with records
• Willing to do physical field work and travel within Chennai for installations
• Reliable, punctual, and a quick learner
• Two-wheeler and license preferred
• Interest in aquariums/fishkeeping is a big plus

Education: Graduate;

Languages: Tamil (required), basic English (preferred)
