Role Overview

Lead and scale our store in Chennai, setting high standards for sales, customer experience, and team excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and enjoys building high-performing teams from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Launch & Lead: Spearhead store operations, build the team, and establish a strong, performance-driven sales culture.

• Drive Sales: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic planning, execution, and daily team motivation.

• Elevate Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction reflects Uni Seoul’s brand promise and delivers a memorable experience.

• Build & Develop Teams: Hire, train, and mentor a dynamic team aligned with our values and growth mindset.

• Own Operations: Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.

• Represent the Brand: Act as a key ambassador for Uni Seoul, strengthening our presence as a lifestyle and cultural brand in Chennai.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in retail management, preferably within high-footfall lifestyle or fashion brands.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.

• High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in new setups and dynamic environments.
