JOB PROFILE : SALES & DELIVERY PARTNER Eligibility : (a) (b) (c) (d) Age : 25 to 55 Years Qualification : Below Graduation Should know how to ride two wheelers and handle smart phone. Documents required : Aadhar, PAN, Driving Licence/ LLR, Bank Passbook (front page) and Passport size photos-4 Nos. (e) In addition, KYC-cum-agreement form will be signed by the candidate which will supported by a witness signature who must be a close blood relative (i.e. wife, father, mother, brother etc, cousins & friends not accepted). (f) Outstation candidates accepted subject to completion of documentation procedures and local address proof (candidates staying in PG or mansions to be avoided). Job Description: (a) Inducted candidates undergo 3 weeks training, 1 week (class room training) at the company premises located at Anna Salai followed by 2 weeks training at the attached HUB or Retail Outlet. Classroom training starts everyday at 10 AM and ends at 4 PM with an hour lunch break inbetween (1 pm – 2 pm). Lunch not provided, however refreshment provided in the morning and evening. No fixed hours for 2nd and 3rd week training, however sales has to be done to ensure attendance is registered. 3 Sundays that fall in-between are paid off, but candidate should be present on other days to avail the full training payment. (b) Training Salary is paid @ Rs.833.33/per day commensuration to Rs.17500/- (for 21 days including 3 paid offs). Even though this is calculated on per day basis, the payment is made in bulk at the end of the month as salary. Candidates availing leave during training period should be ready to forgo salary for the said leave days. Training starts every Monday of the week and candidates are to be present for the training starting Monday. Candidates willing to join in between the ongoing batch are welcome but should be ready to forgo the salary for the days on which they were absent. (c) At the end of classroom training (on Saturday), candidates are launched to start their career. EV bike, Uniform (T-shirts for gents & overcoat for ladies), Cap, Helmet, Raincoat, Flasks (2 Flasks of 4.5 Ltr capacity are issued initially and 2 more flasks are issued as soon as they cross 100 cups/ a day mark). These assets are issued free of cost and No deposit amount is required to be paid towards this. However, other accessories are issued on payment basis which will be explained during the training sessions. (d) Training salary stops after three weeks and commission basis salary starts from 4th week as per the following details.
