Sales Coordinator – TMT steel bar manufacturing co @ Mount road Chennai

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years as a sales coordinator/BPO Voice process

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our TMT Steel Sales team. The candidate will coordinate with customers, dealers, the sales team, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for dispatch.
• Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
• Update customer records in Excel/ERP.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment updates.
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
• Eligibility: Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in TMT Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
