Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Needs Assessment & Pitching: Listen to customer wishes and concerns, assess their specific needs, and deliver tailored presentations or product demonstrations.
Negotiation & Closing: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines, and finalize sales deals to meet established targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, act as their point of contact, and provide after-sales support.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Track sales progress, log daily activities, and maintain accurate records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Market Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and adjust sales pitches accordingly.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like marketing or operations to align on lead generation campaigns and ensure seamless service delivery. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
