Company: Immek Softech Academy
Location: Pallavaram, Chennai
Experience Required: 3 to 10 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 per month (Based on Last CTC)
About the RoleImmek Softech Academy is looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and support the Tele Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, monitoring follow-ups, and ensuring successful student registrations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and guide the Tele Sales team effectively
- Assign and monitor leads to the telesales executives
- Track daily follow-up call status and performance
- Ensure proper communication with prospective students
- Support the team in converting leads into successful registrations
- Maintain lead and registration records accurately
- Coordinate with management for sales updates and reports
- Motivate the team and maintain a positive work culture
- Ensure timely response and customer satisfaction
- Requirements3 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Team Handling
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in telesales or education industry is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems
- Ability to handle and support a sales team efficiently
