Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

Immek Softech Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Sales Manager** to lead our admissions and business development team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the education, training, or academy sector, with excellent leadership, communication, and sales conversion skills.

Eligibility

Preferred Candidate:** Female

Age: 25 – 40 years

Experience: 4–8 years in Education Sales / Training Institute / Academy / EdTech

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.

* Drive student admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.

* Monitor team performance and ensure high conversion rates.

* Assign leads and follow up on enquiries effectively.

* Collect daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from the team.

* Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase admissions.

* Coordinate with the management team and submit MIS reports.

* Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

* Ensure excellent counselling standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent counselling, pitching, and sales conversion abilities.

* Proven experience in team handling and performance management.

* Target-driven with strong leadership qualities.

* Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and reporting.
