Job Summary

The Segment CPQ Experience Lead – Engineering (TCP_01) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering product/services offer design and development to generate the best CPQ user experience.

This role focuses on translating segment‑specific needs into scalable CPQ solutions while ensuring usability, performance, and alignment to enterprise experience standards.

The role is hands‑on and delivery‑oriented, working closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement of config and quoting experience  for new and sustaining products and services.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates engineering delivery for a defined segment experience, ensuring solutions meet functional and experience requirements.
  • Translate business and user needs into technical designs, tested and deployed solutions using predefined frameworks
  • Participates as a member of project team of other engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderately- complex products.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX, and Operations teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions within established enterprise frameworks.
  • Ensure solution quality, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices.
  • Participate in Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release readiness.
  • Use feedback and data to identify, prioritize, and implement experience improvements.
  • Support production stability through monitoring, issue resolution, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support adoption and operational readiness.

What you will bring:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3+ years of experience in engineering or technical solution project mgt.
  • Strong experience with KES Config Rules and engines
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills;

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as sales, quoting, ordering, or workflow systems.
Familiarity working with UX or Design teams and applying usability principles.
Experience with analytics and AI
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
