Job Title: Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (DevOps)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our team. This role will focus on deploying and managing scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have 8 + years of multi cloud experience, AWS and Azure preferred with a strong background in automation, serverless architecture, and container orchestration. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our building our cloud and tool platform to support our journey towards a fully automated, resilient, and efficient cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, Route53, CloudFront, ECS, Kubernetes).
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or CDK to automate deployments and streamline infrastructure management.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of cloud resources.
• Support in building AI agents using AWS bedrock, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Administration and maintenance for self-hosted tools like Gitlab, Sonar, Nexus & other SaaS tools that are used by other teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on AWS.
• Proven expertise in using CloudFormation or CDK for infrastructure automation.
• Advanced knowledge of serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes and AWS ECS.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS cloud practitioner certification.

Additional Skills

• Experience with managing & deploying Gitlab & Sonar server for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Experience of using ServiceNow for managing tickets.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience in monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana etc.
