Job Description

  • Portfolio Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients.
  • Business Acquisition: Acquire new customers and generate leads in the open market, particularly for assets like loans or banking products.
  • Sales & Growth: Drive sales targets, cross-sell company products, and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Customer Service: Address complex customer queries/complaints with empathy to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Risk & Compliance: Manage risk by ensuring accurate documentation, performing asset verification, and adhering to company policies.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and support branch operations if needed
