Job Title: Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
Arya Constructions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Civil Engineer to manage construction activities on-site, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with contractors and clients. The candidate should be practical, detail-oriented, and capable of handling site operations independently.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day site construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Track site progress and maintain daily work reports
- Manage site measurements and prepare bills (RA bills)
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage
- Handle site safety and compliance requirements
- Communicate with clients regarding work progress
- Plan and schedule work to meet project deadlines
- Required Skills:Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
- Ability to read and understand drawings (structural & architectural)
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of estimation and quantity surveying
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting
- Problem-solving ability on-site
Qualification:Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply
- 1–3 years of site experience preferred (not mandatory)
