What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer II to spearhead the development of full-stack, cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure. In this role, you will lead an engineering team in designing, building, and deploying scalable, robust software solutions that power our business systems.

• Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable software architectures aligned with long-term business objectives.

• Development & Deployment: Drive full-stack development and deployment while maintaining rigorous code quality, performance, and security standards.

• Complex Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues with timely, effective solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and key stakeholders to define project scope, technical roadmap, timelines, and deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience focused heavily on .NET, React, and Azure.

• Core Technical Stack: Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and React.

• Cloud & Platform Skills: Deep hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Cosmos DB), cloud-native development practices, and modern DevOps tools.

• Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.

• Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical skills to tackle tough technical challenges, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Good to Have

• Broader exposure to modern cloud-native technologies.

• Official certifications or extended hands-on experience in AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Educational Background

• B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering (or equivalent degree).
