Specialist, Total Rewards
The Specialist, Total Rewards, working under general direction, is responsible for supporting the Total Rewards projects, such as compensation studies, job evaluations, etc., with fairness and consistency in a timely manner. This role will conduct daily operations including investigations, mediations, and administration of company policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits programs. Additionally, the role will also be responsible for staying updated on trends and industry practices within the Total Rewards domain, collaborating with teams to implement training programs, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role would also maintain accurate and confidential records and data related to Total Rewards matters.- Support the India market C&B Manager in market competitiveness study, define & implementation of C&B strategy
• Lead the annual compensation planning cycle – new salary range development, merit & bonus modeling, promotion model
• Should have experience in Job Evaluation, Job Analysis and grade / Title restructuring.
• Closely work with HR Business partners in understanding the talent & compensation requirements
• Analyze external market data to proactively identify and diagnose business needs/opportunities and develop solutions to meet those needs, ensuring alignment with the business strategies and objectives
• Identify current and future reward/recognition benefit needs to deliver appropriate solutions
• Analyze external market & Identify changes required in employee benefits – Insurance, pension plans. Closely work with HR Shared Services & procurement teams in sourcing alternatives for the benefit product & services
• Lead and support change efforts related to C&B programs, ensure clear communication message delivered to all key stakeholders and employees
• Coach, counsel and educate HR Business partners on C&B policies and practices.
• Support other adhoc projects assigned by India C&B Manager
Area of professional exposure (functional/technical Skills) :
* No of years of experience: 8+ HR experience and 5+ years Compensation and Benefits experience, including analysis, administration and program design
* Exceptional Numerical and analytical skills.
* Experience in developing dashboard.
* Problem solving skill
* Good communication skill
* Experience creative thinking and design thinking concept
* C&B Program design
* Compensation planning, modelling & budgeting
Preferably from IT Industry who has worked with Vendor like (Mercer, Deloitte and Aon) would be added advantage.
