• Advanced .NET Mastery: Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, including performance tuning and advanced Microservices modeling.

• Cross-Disciplinary Knowledge: In-depth understanding of related domains such as Security and Performance Engineering.

• Advanced Observability: Expert in identifying bottlenecks using Profilers, Memory Dumps, and APM tools like New Relic.

• Portfolio Impact: Responsible for the technical integrity and scalability of your team’s technology suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Intermediate-level knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS) and infrastructure-as-code to support global-scale applications.

• Proficient experience in Unit & Integration test automation

• Complex Problem Solving: Leads a cross-functional team to resolve high-impact, unique issues using innovative and conceptual thinking

• Agentic Development:

• • Innovation Leader: Drives the organizational adoption of Agentic AI. You aren't just using the tools; you are building the "skills" (via MCP or custom integrations) that allow AI to safely interact with our internal systems.

  • Governance: Establishes the standards for AI-assisted development to ensure security, maintainability, and architectural consistency.

Collaboration: Communicates difficult concepts to senior stakeholders and creates formal networks to coordinate efforts across various engineering groups.
