job Title:Bicycle Store Sales Associate
Job Summary:A Bicycle Store Sales Associate helps customers choose the right bicycles, accessories, and services based on their needs. This role combines sales skills with basic product knowledge of bikes, gear, and maintenance.
- Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs (commuting, fitness, racing, mountain biking, etc.)
- Recommend suitable bicycles, accessories, and safety gear
- Explain product features, pricing, and warranties
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support basic bike setup (adjusting seats, tires, etc.)
- Coordinate with technicians for repairs and servicing
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue
- Required Skills:Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of bicycles and cycling gear (preferred)
- Sales and persuasion skills
- Ability to learn technical product details quickly
- Teamwork and positive attitute
