Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Manage and monitor all store activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and transactions.
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and initiate replenishment when required.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for material requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Prepare reports on stock status, consumption, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
