Store Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable FMCG products
• Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of products on shelves
• Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of the store
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and schemes to customers
• Check product expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In First Out) method
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Coordinate with warehouse/store team for timely stock replenishment
• Maintain records of sales and inventory as required
• Support store opening and closing activities

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic sales and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of FMCG products is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic billing/POS system knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail (especially stock and expiry management) 

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
• Experience: 0–3 years in retail / FMCG sales preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred.
