Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead technical discussions with clients
- Develop and implement technical solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Knowledge of integration techniques with SAP SuccessFactors
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full time education is required
