Job Description
Job Title: TelecallerJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or appointments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Required QualificationsHigher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or BPO is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems).
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in sales or customer support.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
