🔹 Job Role Overview:We are hiring a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to handle real estate enquiries, qualify leads, coordinate site visits, and support activation permissions for apartments and tech parks.

This is a target-oriented role requiring strong follow-up skills and daily reporting discipline.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Call and verify all incoming real estate enquiries

• Understand and confirm customer Budget, Location & Property Type preference

• Qualify leads and schedule site visits

• Follow up regularly until site visit is completed

• Coordinate with sales team for visit updates

• Call apartments, RWAs, tech parks to request permission for brand activations

• Maintain daily call reports in Excel / Google Sheet / CRM

• Ensure quality calling standards and data accuracy

• Achieve daily & monthly productivity targets

🔹 Productivity Expectations:• 150–250 calls per day (depending on data volume)

• Proper lead status updates

• Daily reporting without fail

• Follow-up discipline

🔹 Eligibility:• Experience: 0–3 years (Real estate or telesales preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply

• Tamil mandatory, English preferred

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
