Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to handle outbound and/or inbound calls to promote products/services, address customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.

·        Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

·        Follow up on leads and maintain an organized database of customer interactions.

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

·        Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and outcomes using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

·        Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and support teams to align on goals and strategy.

Qualifications Required

·        Education: A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [required languages — e.g., English, Tamil]

·        Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge; ability to use MS Office and CRM software.

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

·        Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
