We are looking for a Telesales person who can make calls to clients and bring in conversions!
Experience - 6 months to 3 years
Qualification - Diploma/UG/PG

Roles and Responsibilities

Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts..
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
Suggest solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
Comfortable talking on the phone and in person with customers.
Able to pursue the customer through conversations that build confidence, uncover needs and convince them to buy.

A strong negotiator will also know how to negotiate products/services pricing and turn a losing deal into a win-win situation.
