Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary + High incentives + performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
- Present and explain financial products including mutual funds, insurance, and investment plans
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable wealth management solutions
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed sales
- Follow up diligently with interested clients to close deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system in real time
- Build rapport with clients to ensure long-term relationships and referrals
Requirements
- Any graduation or Diploma (freshers encouraged to apply)
- 0–5 year’s experience in telesales or telecalling
- Fluent in English and Tamil — both are mandatory
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to earn
- Excellent interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a high-call, target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy for CRM usage and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in BFSI, insurance, or loan sales
- Familiarity with outbound calling campaigns
- NISM Certification added advantage
- Knowledge of mutual funds or investment basics
- Experience working with CRM software
- Additional language skills (Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam) are an added advantage
