Key Responsibilities
Conduct live product demonstrations for retailers, plumbers, and farmers
Drive retail sales and ensure product availability in the market
Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbers and retailers
Support onboarding activities and e-Warranty registrations
Execute daily beat plans and regular market visits
Promote company products and generate market demand
Collect market feedback and competitor insights
Eligibility Criteria
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical (Mandatory)
1–3 years of field sales or technical experience preferred
Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply
Required Skills
Basic technical knowledge
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong field sales mindset
Ability to interact with retailers, plumbers, and customers professionally
Other Requirements
Two-wheeler preferred
Willingness to travel locally
Comfortable with field work and daily market visits
