Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Parent Consultation & Enrollment
- Connect with interested parents through scheduled consultation calls
- Understand the childs learning challenges and requirements
- Explain Spellzee’s programs, learning outcomes, and course structure
- Guide parents through the admission and enrollment process
- Address parent queries and concerns with clarity and confidence
Lead Follow-ups
- Follow up with warm leads and interested parents
- Maintain consistent communication until enrollment decision
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective families
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions
- Update lead status and call details in CRM regularly
- Ensure proper documentation of conversations and follow-ups
Coordination
- Coordinate with academic and support teams when required
- Ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience for families
Performance Targets
- Work towards monthly enrollment and conversion goals
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer experience
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in any of the following roles:
- Admission Counseling
- Business Development
- Relationship Management
- Education Counseling
- Inside Sales
Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- Tamil speaking candidates preferred
- Strong listening and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport with parents
- Target-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and documentation skills
Work From Home Requirements (Mandatory)
Candidates must have the following setup:
- Dedicated quiet workspace
- Laptop or Desktop computer
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Headset with microphone
- Ability to work professionally in a remote environment
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday:
- Rotational shift based on business requirements.
