Assistant Sales Manager

Drive Showroom Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for refurbished DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, and gear.

Consultative Sales: Guide creators and professionals to the right gear based on their specific photography or filmmaking needs.

Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and manage daily schedules for the showroom floor sales executives.

Performance Coaching: Conduct daily huddles and train the team on camera specs, sales pitches, and objection handling.

Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, track fast-moving gear, and ensure the display units are immaculately organized.

Quality Assurance Liaison: Coordinate with the technical service team to ensure all refurbished stock is accurately graded and certified.

Promote Value Add-Ons: Drive the sale of extended warranties, accessory bundles, and camera trade-in/exchange programs.

Customer Experience: Resolve complex customer queries, negotiations, and escalations to maintain high showroom ratings.

Experience & Skills: Requires 2–4 years in retail sales (gadgets/cameras preferred) with at least 1 year in a team-lead role.
