Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings and convert inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with design, production and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B industrial equipment, hydraulic machinery, material handling, or capital equipment sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Languages (preferred) - Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil
