Camera Man Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Cameraman / Videographer to capture high-quality footage for our brand films, social media content, corporate videos, events, and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, and is proficient with professional camera systems and on-set equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Camera Operation & Shooting

Operate professional cameras for shoots — studio, outdoor, events, and field productions

Set up and execute shots based on the director's or creative team's brief

Capture high-quality footage across various formats — interviews, product shoots, events, documentaries, and ad films

Handle multi-camera setups for live events, panel discussions, and productions

Operate gimbal, crane, jib, drone, and other camera rigs as required

Ensure smooth handheld, static, and moving shots with precision and stability

Lighting & Set Setup

Set up and operate professional lighting equipment — LED panels, softboxes, reflectors, and natural light modifiers

Understand and apply lighting techniques — three-point lighting, high-key, low-key, and cinematic lighting

Collaborate with the lighting team or gaffer on larger productions

Adjust exposure, white balance, ISO, and frame rate settings for optimal image quality

Pre-Production Planning

Review scripts, storyboards, and shot lists before the shoot

Scout locations and assess lighting conditions and logistical requirements

Prepare and test camera and equipment before every shoot

Collaborate with the director and creative team on visual approach and framing

On-Set Responsibilities

Follow the director's vision while contributing creative inputs on framing and angles

Ensure all required shots — wide, medium, close-up, cutaways — are captured

Monitor focus, exposure, and composition throughout the shoot

Coordinate with the production team on shoot schedules and logistics

Manage and safeguard all camera equipment on and off set

Post-Production Support

Transfer, organize, and label footage for the editing team

Perform basic color correction and on-set grading when required

Provide input to the video editor on best takes and recommended shots

Maintain proper file naming conventions and backup protocols

Equipment Maintenance

Maintain, clean, and service all camera equipment regularly

Conduct pre-shoot and post-shoot equipment checks

Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately

Manage inventory of lenses, batteries, memory cards, and accessories
