About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Master-Level Video Editor to lead our video production and post-production work. You will be responsible for crafting compelling visual stories across multiple platforms — from social media reels to full-scale brand films. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in the Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-leading video tools, with a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, color, and sound.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production

Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, ads, and corporate productions

Manage the full post-production workflow — assembly cut, rough cut, fine cut, and final delivery

Sync audio, music, voiceovers, and sound effects to video with precision

Add subtitles, captions, and multilingual text overlays as required

Ensure consistency in brand tone, style, and visual language across all content

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

Create dynamic motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and transitions

Develop eye-catching visual effects (VFX) for ads, reels, and brand videos

Design animated infographics and explainer video elements

Integrate 2D/3D motion elements seamlessly into live footage

Color Grading & Correction

Perform professional color correction and grading on all video projects

Match color across multi-camera shoots and different lighting conditions

Create and maintain LUTs (Look-Up Tables) for consistent brand aesthetics

Deliver broadcast-quality color output for various screen formats

Audio Editing & Sound Design

Mix and balance dialogue, music, ambient sound, and sound effects

Remove background noise and enhance audio clarity

Source and license royalty-free music and sound effects

Coordinate with voiceover artists and audio engineers when required

Content Adaptation & Optimization

Resize and reformat videos for multiple platforms — Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, OTT

Optimize video file sizes without compromising quality for web and mobile delivery

Create platform-specific cuts — reels, shorts, stories, long-form, and ad formats

Maintain organized project files, assets, and archive libraries

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with the creative director, photographers, and marketing team

Attend briefings and understand project objectives before production

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Provide creative inputs during pre-production and shoot planning
