• Handle billing and invoicing for jewelry purchases with precision
• Process cash, card, and digital payments securely and efficiently
• Maintain and reconcile cash register and daily sales reports
• Verify customer identity for high-value purchases or special orders
• Ensure all transactions are properly documented and recorded
• Coordinate with sales staff to prepare invoices and handle product returns or exchanges
• Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally at the billing counter
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure cashier station
• Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity to the manager immediately
• Assist with basic administrative tasks like stock tagging or inventory entry if needed.
