Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed cloud architectures. Collaboration with various teams to align deployment strategies and troubleshoot integration challenges is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of cloud infrastructure to support business needs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cloud solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Migration Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Cloud Strategy and Assessment, Cloud Move Architecture.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Ability to develop and validate proof of concept architectures for cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Migration Planning.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
