Job Description
Cluster Manager (DST / DSA Channel)
Role Expectation (Non-Negotiable)
• Must have strong team handling experience (minimum 8–15 sales executives / advisors)
• Responsible for end-to-end branch performance – sourcing, conversion, and revenue targets
• Drive DST / DSA channel productivity and daily sales output
• Recruit, train, and manage field sales teams consistently
• Strong control over local market networks (agents, connectors, DSAs)
• Hands-on involvement in closures – not just supervision
Candidate Profile
• 5+ years experience in Insurance / Loans / Chit Funds
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership mindset – ability to push, track, and scale teams
• Local candidate preferred with deep market understanding
CTC: Up to ₹ 6 Lakhs (Performance-driven incentives extra)
Qualification: Any Degree
