Company Overview

We are a one of the leading Window, Door, and Facade manufacturing company operating in partnership with a reputed German technology partner. Our facility specializes in the production of high-quality uPVC and Aluminium Windows, Doors, and Facade systems, using advanced CNC and semi-automatic machinery.

We are looking for Machine Operators and Technicians who are motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in working in a modern manufacturing environment.

Machine Operator / CNC Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and semi-automatic machines used in the production of uPVC and aluminium window and door systems.
• Perform machine setup and basic adjustments as required for production.
• Carry out cutting, drilling, milling, and machining operations as per drawings and specifications.
• Assist in assembly of window, door, and facade components.
• Perform finishing work including cleaning, fitting accessories, and preparation for installation.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
• Assist in packing and dispatch preparation of finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around machines and work areas.
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions to ensure timely output.

Requirements

• Experience working with CNC machines or semi-automatic machinery preferred.
• Experience in aluminium, uPVC, fabrication, or window/door manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing / factory environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• ITI / Diploma / Technical training preferred (but not mandatory depending on experience).
