As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient systems that support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and software architecture principles related to SAP Project System.
- Experience in integrating SAP Project System with other enterprise resource planning modules and third-party applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within SAP Project System.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques specific to SAP Project System environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Project System.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
