Job Summary:We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with 5 years of experience in construction and site operations. The candidate will oversee daily site activities, supervise workers, ensure quality work execution, and maintain project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.
• Monitor labor work and ensure productivity at the site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
• Ensure work is completed as per project plans and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards and safety procedures on-site.
• Track material usage and report shortages to management.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and attendance records.
• Inspect ongoing work and resolve minor site issues.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the work site.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of construction site operations.
• Ability to handle manpower and subcontractors efficiently.
• Basic understanding of civil drawings and measurements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of site safety regulations.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Any Degree / ITI preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to independently manage site activities.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
