Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing overall performance. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning processes to optimize efficiency. You will engage in discussions to define organizational roles and responsibilities, ensuring that the changes align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will also require you to facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from team members, ultimately contributing to a more streamlined and effective business function.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make recommendations for further improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- An MBA is required.
