Supervise daily LPG cylinder filling, sealing, and handling operations on the shop floor
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and SOPs during bottling and refilling
Monitor equipment performance (filling machines, conveyors, leak detectors) and report issues
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth plant operations
Ensure proper cylinder inspection (weight, leakage, valve condition) before dispatch
Maintain production targets and minimize downtime
Train and guide operators and contract workers on safety and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms (like PESO guidelines)
Maintain records of production, safety checks, and incidents
Handle emergency situations such as gas leaks or fire hazards promptly
