Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
  • Support payroll by providing accurate attendance inputs.
  • Coordinate induction, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist in performance reviews and confirmation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture.


Qualifications


MBA / MSW / MHRM (HR)

BBA with Any specifications


Experience:


0–3 years of HR experience (Freshers can also apply)
