We are hiring an experienced HR professional for a Jewelry Shop.
Responsibilities:• Handle overall HR operations
• Recruitment and onboarding process
• Employee attendance and leave management
• Payroll coordination and employee records maintenance
• Handle employee queries and HR documentation
• Support management in day-to-day HR activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of HR experience preferred
• Experience in handling overall HR activities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Jewelry industry experience is an added advantage
Salary:Salary will be based on experience and finalized after the Interview.
