Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and process-oriented Female Inventory & Stock Management Executive to manage daily inventory operations, stock accuracy, and warehouse coordination activities.

The role involves maintaining systematic stock records, handling inward and outward material tracking, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse and stock management operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate daily records of inward and outward stock movements
• Ensure proper inventory control through regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Update and maintain stock registers, inventory reports, and Excel-based tracking systems
• Coordinate material receipts, dispatches, return materials, and inter-location stock transfers
• Monitor stock availability and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse operations
• Handle inventory documentation and maintain proper records for all stock transactions
• Identify stock variances and immediately report discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transport vendors, and internal departments for smooth material movement
• Monitor packing, loading, unloading, and material handling activities
• Support periodic stock audits and inventory checks
• Ensure proper storage standards, warehouse discipline, and operational efficiency

• 3 – 5 years of experience in inventory management, stock handling, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination
• Strong knowledge of inward/outward processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
• Good working knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation
• Comfortable handling operational coordination and warehouse-related activities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of independently managing daily inventory and stock operations
