Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically oriented Junior Engineer Trainees to join our engineering and manufacturing team. The role is suitable for fresh engineering graduates who are looking to build practical industry experience and develop their technical skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior engineers in day-to-day engineering and production activities.
• Support manufacturing and process-related activities.
• Understand engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Monitor production processes and assist in achieving production targets.
• Support quality inspection and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in identifying and resolving basic production and process issues.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
• Learn and operate relevant machines, tools, and engineering systems under supervision.

QualificationDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Mechatronics
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

REQUIRED:

• Candidate Profile Freshers are welcome.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Good technical and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an added advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop technical skills.
